dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce měla za úkol zmapovat a blíže popsat charakteristiku charterového trhu, vyjasnit vztahy v oblasti sjednávání a realizace charterového letu a dalších oborech zabývající se nepravidelnou přepravou osob. Po přehledu systému, organizací a nejdůležitějších pojmů používaných v oblasti civilní letecké dopravy je zde rozvedena legislativní problematika, zejména v oblasti sjednání charterového letu, náležitosti smlouvy o provozu letadla, platnosti smlouvy a dalších návazných předpisů, které musí plně odpovídat požadavkům tuzemského a mezinárodního práva a s nimi spojených úmluv. Je zde zpracována akvizice charterové přepravy v podmínkách letecké společnosti České aerolinie a.s. v níž jsou navrženy další postupy na využití letadlové techniky a volných kapacit, kterýma by se měla, podle mého názoru, akvizice nepravidelné přepravy ubírat.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe task of the master paper has been to map and describe nearer characteristics of the charter market, to clarify relations in the area of negotiating and realization of charter flight and in other fields dealing with irregular passenger transport. After the outline of the system, organization and the most important terms being used in the field of civil air transport the legislation points at issue, especially in the field of negotiating a charter flight, particulars of a contract on operation of an aircraft, validity of the contract and other consequential regulations, which have to conform in full to the requirements of the inland and intemational law and the conventions connected with them. Acquisition of charter transport has been processed here in the conditions of the air company Czech Airlines, j.s.c., where further procedures for utilization of the technical equipment and the free capacity have been suggested, in which the acquisition ofthe irregular transport should, in my opinion, proceed.eng
