An alternative provision of public servicers - the use of vouchers

Abstract

As a part of the newly approved legislation in the field of social services and social benefits in the Czech Republic a possibility to provide some social benefits through vouchers came into the view. The potential of voucher use in the public sector and for regional and local government services especially, is much wider. The article contents analytical framework for studying vouchers as an alternative way of providing public goods and services.
