dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je suprakondylická zlomenina humeru a její komplikace. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie kosti pažní, vysvětlení pojmu fraktura a v neposlední řadě jsou nastíněny komplikace, které se tohoto typického zranění v dětském věku týkají a je přiblížen dětský pacient jako specifická skupina. Analýza zdravotnické dokumentace je podkladem pro výzkumnou část,. Záznamovým archem byl sledován věk, etiologie úrazu, způsob léčby, přidružené komplikace k úrazu a způsobu léčby a v neposlední řadě byla pozornost věnována bolesti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the diploma thesis is supracondylar humeral fracture and its complications. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the humerus, explains the term fracture and, finally, outlines the complications that relate to this typical injury in childhood and are approached by the pediatric patient as a specific group. The analysis of medical documentation is the basis for the research part, which aims to answer the specified research questions. The record sheet was used to monitor the age, etiology of the injury, the method, associated complications of the injury and the method of treatment, and finally, attention was paid to pain.	eng
