dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou problematikou dopravy se zaměřením na negativní vlivy dopravy na společnost a životní prostředí. Práce staví na opatření EU - Greening Transport Package, jehož cílem je přispět k omezení negativních vlivů na životní prostředí tak, že cena dopravy bude přesněji odrážet skutečné celospolečenské náklady vyvolané sektorem dopravy, tzv. internalizací externích nákladů. Práce analyzuje současnou výši zpoplatnění uživatelů dopravy, možné varianty zvýšení úrovně zpoplatnění uživatelů silniční dopravy, socio-ekonomický dopad na uživatele a navrhuje výše a strukturu zpoplatnění uživatele v silniční dopravě.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with current issues of transport and is mainly focused on the negative effects of transport on society and the environment. This work is built upon the measures of the EU - Greening Transport Package, which aims to help reduce negative impacts on the environment by setting the transfer price more accurately to reflect the true societal costs caused by the transport sector, known as internalisation of external costs. The work analyzes the current level of road user traffic, possible options to increase the level of road user charging for transport, socio-economic impact on users and the proposed amount and structure of road user charging for transport.	eng
