Autor prezentuje právě občanskou komunitu jako nenahraditelný prostor pozitivního sociálního soužití a prostor společné odpovědnosti. Za součást této odpovědnosti považuje i sociální prevenci. Zabývá se základními úkoly, jejichž naplňování směřuje ke sounáležitosti a kladnému prožívání toho, že je člověk její součástí. | cze |
