dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje SPECT scintigrafickému vyšetření u pacientů s epilepsií. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Cílem teoretické části je objasnit podstatu epilepsie, základy nukleární medicíny, SPECT vyšetření, celkového pojetí práce radiologického asistenta z pohledu legislativy a rovněž vysvětlit principy radiologických standardů. Praktická část je věnována důkladné analýze dokumentů Místních radiologických standardů a odborných zahraničních publikací s cílem získat detailní náhled na akviziční parametry, které se využívají během SPECT scintigrafického vyšetření pacientů s epilepsií.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on brain SPECT imaging of patients with epilepsy. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the essence of epilepsy, the basics of nuclear medicine, SPECT imaging, the overall concept of the radiology assistant's work from a legislative perspective, and to explain the principles of radiological standards. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of documents on Local radiological standards and professional foreign publications with the aim of describing the acquisition parameters used during brain SPECT imaging of patients with epilepsy.	eng
