Abstract

This article deals with accounts receivable management of industrial enterprises. At first the role of receivable management in current market environment is depicted. Then the suggested system of their management is described - from aims specification, over credit policy option accounts receivable size and structure planning, over implementation of these targets to the checking. The attention is given to organization aspects of receivable management too.
