dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vztahu mezi bolestí a úzkostí i depresí u onkologicky nemocného pacienta. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá okrajově onkologickou problematikou, kam řadíme epidemiologii, etiologii, symptomatologii nádorových onemocnění. Následuje rozdělení bolesti u onkologicky nemocného pacienta, kde bude popsána akutní, chronická a průlomová bolest. Jsou uvedeny klinické hodnocení intenzity bolesti. Pozornost je také věnována zvláštnostem při komunikaci s onkologickým pacientem. Dále je blíže rozebrána úzkost a deprese u onkologického pacienta. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkumné šetření. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit jaký vztah je mezi bolesti a úzkostí a depresí u onkologického pacienta za užití validního dotazníku HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) a teploměru bolesti. V této části došlo ke zhodnocení vztahu mezi bolestí a úzkostí a mezi bolestí a depresí u 100 respondentů. Z šetření vyplynulo, že s rostoucím stádiem onemocnění klesá pozorování úzkosti i deprese. Nejvíce se úzkost vyskytovala v prvním stádiu onkologického onemocnění. Dále výsledky šetření poukazují na to, že pacientova bolest nemá statisticky významný vztah k depresi a úzkosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the relationship between pain and anxiety and depression in a cancer patient. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with marginal oncological issues, which include the epidemiology, etiology, symptomatology of cancer. This is followed by a distribution of pain in a cancer patient, where acute, chronic and breakthrough pain will be described. Clinical evaluations of pain intensity are given. Attention is also paid to specifications when communicating with a cancer patient. Anxiety and depression in a cancer patient are also discussed in more detail. The practical part contains a quantitative research survey. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between pain and anxiety and depression in a cancer patient using a valid HADS (Hospital anxiety and depression scale) questionnaire and a pain thermometer. In this section, the relationship between pain and anxiety and between pain and depression was evaluated in 100 respondents. The survey showed that with the increasing stage of the disease, the observations of anxiety and depression decrease. Anxiety occurred most in the first stage of the cancer. Furthermore, the results of the survey indicate that the patient's pain has no statistically significant relationship to depression and anxiety.	eng
