dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na laické (neformální) pečující o seniory v domácím prostředí, konkrétně na kvalitu jejich života a zátěž vyplývající z poskytování péče. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku stáří a stárnutí, soběstačnost a sebepéči seniorů, charakterizuje laickou péči a funkci rodiny, domácí zdravotní péči a v závěru se také věnuje kvalitě života. Výzkumná část byla provedena pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, jehož součástí byl standardizovaný test IADL příjemce péče a CarerQol-7D zahrnující CarerQol VAS škálu. Nástrojem kvalitativní části výzkumu bylo polostrukturované interview sloužící k dokreslení problematiky laických pečujících.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on informal caregivers caring for elderly at home, especially at the quality of their life and the burden resulting from providing informal care. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of age and aging, self-sufficiency and self-care of seniors. It also characterizes informal care, function of family and home care. The theoretical part also discusses the quality of life focusing on informal caregivers. The research part was performed by using the quantitative and the qualitative investigation. The quantitative research was performed by using the non-standardized questionnaire including two standardized tests - IADL of the care recipient and the test CarerQol-7D inclusive CarerQol VAS scale. The tool for the qualitative research was the semi-structured interview that was used for illustrating the issue of informal caregiving.	eng
