Abstract

Word "e-goverment" was became a part of the terminology in our modern society. E-goverment is a modernization process of the public administration with using new possibilities of information and communication technologies. The main point of the modernization is providing bigger comfort for users in communication with the goverment by symplifying and accelarating mutual communication.
