dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována screeningu otoakustických emisí u novorozenců. Tato práce je teoreticko-výzkumná a je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii sluchového ústrojí, na sluchové vady a jejich kompenzaci. Zabývá se též novorozeneckým screeningem sluchu, který je nezbytný právě pro včasnou detekci sluchového postižení. Ve výzkumné části jsme pomocí retrospektivní studie a statistického zpracování dat podaly přehled o výsledcích měření otoakustických emisí u novorozenců podstupujících screening sluchu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is dedicated to screening of otoacoustic emissions in neonates. This work is theoretical research and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the auditory system, on the hearing defects and their compensation. It also deals with neonatal hearing screening, which is necessary just for the early detection of hearing impairment. In the research part, we give an overview of results of measurement of otoacoustic emissions in neonates undergoing screening hearing with the aid of retrospective study and statistical data processing.	eng
