dc.description.abstractSituace ve stavu zdraví evropské populace je mezi evropskými politiky diskutované téma, protože ovlivňuje ekonomiky jednotlivých států. Například v rámci strategie Health 2020 jsou stanoveny mimo jiné cíle směřující ke zlepšení stavu zdraví a snížení nerovností v této oblasti. Hlavním cílem tohoto článku je posoudit stav zdraví a nerovnosti ve stavu zdraví v rámci členských zemí Evropské Unie (EU-28) pomocí vícerozměrných statistických metod. Tyto metody jsou schopné posoudit stav zdraví v zemích EU-28 a odhalit nerovnosti ve stavu zdraví na základě vhodně zvolených ukazatelů stavu zdraví, které byly získány z databází Eurostatu, OECD a WHO.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe situation in health status of the European population is a discussed topic among the European policies because it affects national economies. For instance, within the Health 2020 strategy, the goals leading to the improvement of health status and reducing of inequalities in this area are determined among the other things. The main objective of this article is to assess the health status and its inequalities within the member states of the EU (EU-28) by multivariate statistical methods. These methods are able to assess health status in the EU-28 countries and reveal its inequalities based on the appropriately selected health status indicators obtained from Eurostat, OECD and the WHO databases.eng
