dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je deskripce funkcí a základního dělení imunitního systému a problematiky očkování, zahrnující právní úpravu očkování v České republice. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou informovanosti a zkušeností rodičů s očkováním, zjištěním názoru stávajících a nastávajících rodičů a veřejnosti na povinnou vakcinaci a případnou možností převzetí odpovědnosti za imunizaci dítěte, včetně postojů k využití možnosti nepovinného očkování.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented work discusses the functions and basic division of the immune system and vaccination issues, including the immunization law in the Czech Republic. The paper presents the analysis of parental awareness and experience with vaccination, which is focused on the opinion of current and expectant parents and public on the compulsory vaccination. Furthermore, it discusses the possibility of taking responsibility for the immunization of children, including attitudes towards the optional vaccination.	eng
