Electronic services of eGovernment in the European Union countries

Abstract

This article deals with eGovernment (electronic public administration) on the level of the European Union. There are steps described, which initiates European Union, notably through the European Commission, which are confronted with the achievements of individual Member States. The result is a comprehensive look at the current state of eGovernment services in the European Union countries.
