dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mozkové smrti a její diagnostiky metodou perfúzní scintigrafie mozku. Věnuje se popisu anatomie mozku, definici mozkové smrti, oboru nukleární medicíny, radiační ochraně a diagnostice mozkové smrti. V praktické části je zpracován statistický přehled průkazů mozkové smrti metodou perfúzní scintigrafie mozku provedených na oddělení nukleární medicíny vybrané tuzemské nemocnice fakultního typu v letech 2019-2024. Součástí je i srovnání akvizičních parametrů tohoto vyšetření používaných v České republice a v zahraničí.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of brain death and its diagnosis using the method of brain perfusion scintigraphy. It deals with the description of brain anatomy, the definition of brain death, the field of nuclear medicine, radiation protection and the diagnosis of brain death. The practical part presents the statistical overview of brain death confirmations using the method of brain perfusion scintigraphy performed at the Department of Nuclear Medicine of the chosen inland university hospital in the years 2019-2024. It also includes a comparison of acquisition parameters of this examination used in Czech Republic and abroad.	eng
