Abstract

This paper is concerned with the questions of gaps of law and collision of norms. It is oriented to the opinion of the Pure Theory of Law on this problem. Its point of view is very interesting, because it is very original and untraditional within the scope of legal theory. Comparison with traditional legal theory is included in the paper.
