dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu sester na pracovišti ve zdravotnictví. V teoretické části je popsána definice mobbingu, jeho důsledky na individuální i organizační úrovni a možnosti právní ochrany a prevence. Průzkumná část se pomocí literární rešerše zabývá vyhledáním a popisem dostupných antimobbingových preventivních programů ve zdravotnictví. Ze třinácti nalezených studií, vyplývá, že jakákoliv zavedená intervence pro prevenci mobbingu je účinná. Vede ke zvýšení jeho povědomí mezi sestrami, a především ke snížení výskytu mobbingu na pracovišti, a tím i fluktuace sester. Výsledky studií poukazují na nutnost zavedení nulové tolerance vůči šikaně mezi sestrami a vytvoření kultury otevřené atmosféry s asertivní komunikací.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mobbing at the nurses' workplace in the healthcare. The theoretical part describes the definition of mobbing, the consequences at both individual and organizational level and methods of legal defense and prevention. Supported by literary research, the second chapter deals with the search of the available antimobbing prevention programs and their description. From the thirteen studies found seems any established mobbing prevention or intervention as effective. It leads to an increase in awareness of mobbing among nurses and, above all, to a reduction in the incidence of mobbing as well as a reduction of the fluctuation at the workplace. The results of the studies point out the necessity of introducing zero tolerance for bullying among nurses and to the creation of a culture with open atmosphere.	eng
