Abstrakt
There are two research studies accomplished. First the article looks at the relevance of corporate social responsibility for engaging employees, including its impact on their motivation and engagement. This exploratory case study-based research aim is to prove that there is correlation between CSR and employee engagement in selected company. Aim of the second questionnaire is to determine the level of public awareness of the CSR concept generally and to rate the corporate social responsible attitude of companies operating in the Czech Republic. The results of own research are contrasted with worldwide results of consulting companies and other researchers.
