dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nozokomiálních nákaz v kontextu kvality péče ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část práce se zabývá především hygienickou péčí o ruce, která je nejefektivnějším preventivním opatřením v přenosu infekcí. Historie, charakteristika nozokomiálních nákaz, hlášení, ekonomická náročnost, preventivní opatření, indikátory kvality péče a jiné, jsou také stručnými dílčími tématy teoretické části. Empirickou část tvoří výzkumné šetření dotazníkovou metodou, které mapuje podmínky pro dodržování vhodné péče o ruce zdravotnických pracovníků, přítomnost ošetřovatelských standardů či hlášení nozokomiálních nákaz zdravotnických lůžkových zařízení.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the problematic of the nosocomial infections in the context with quality of a health care. The theoretical part of the thesis mostly deals with the hygienic hand care, which is the most effective preventive measure against infection transmission. History, characteristic of the nosocomial infections, reporting, costingness, precautionary measures, quality care indicators and others are also partial topics of the theoretical part. The research investigation by the questionnaires is the base for the empirical part, which charts the conditions for suitable care of hand hygiene of the medical employees, present of the nursing standards as well as the reporting of the nosocomial infections medical facilities.	cze
