dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou tříselné kýly a jejího řešení operační technikou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části zmapuji historii řešení tříselné kýly, zmíním se o kýlách obecně a zaměřím se na tříselné kýly a oblast jejich vzniku z anatomického hlediska. Podstatnou část věnuji léčbě a řešení komplikací, které se mohou vyskytnout. Neopomenu zde ani ošetřovatelskou oblast zaměřenou na předoperační a pooperační péči zdravotnického personálu o pacienta po operaci tříselné kýly. Ve druhé části nastíním výzkumné otázky a prezentuji výsledky svého výzkumu. Ten probíhal ve dvou nemocnicích v období 1. 7. 2010 - 31. 1. 2011 prospektivní metodou. Byl zaměřen na porovnání parametrů v různých oblastech klasické a laparoskopické hernioplastiky.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In my master thesis I deal with problems of groin hernia and its operation-technique solution. The thesis is devided into two part - theoretical and explorative. In the theoretical part I am going to survey the history of inguinal hernia solutions, to mention hernias in general and to focus on inguinal hernias and the area of their emergence from the anatomical point of view. Essential part is devoted to the therapy and solutions of possible complications. I also don´t omit the area of treatment focussed on preoperative and postoperative medical-stuff care of the patient after the operation of inguinal hernia. In the second part I am going to outline explorative questions and to present results of my research. The research proceeded in two hospitals in 1st July 2010 - 31st January 2011 period using prospective method. It was focussed on comparison of parameters in different areas of classical and laparoscopic hernioplastics.	cze
