dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s dekompenzovanou jaterní cirhózou. Cílem bylo seznámit čtenáře s problematikou onemocnění a dále zmapovat a zhodnotit poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péči o klienty hospitalizované na Jednotce intenzivní péče interního oddělení nemocnice Pardubice za rok 2008. V teoretické části jsou podrobněji rozepsána témata anatomie a fyziologie jater, jaterní cirhóza - etiologie, patogeneze, klinický obraz, diagnostika, léčba, komplikace. Zařazena je kapitola o transplantaci jater, obecné pokyny a popis standardní ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s dekompenzovanou jaterní cirhózou na jednotkách intenzivní péče. V části výzkumné je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření k danému tématu, které je zpracováno v tabulkách, graficky a doplněno slovním hodnocením. V příloze jsou uvedeny doplňující informace a obrazové materiály k tématu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of this diploma thesis is "Nursing of patients with decompensated hepatocirrhosis". The purpose was to find out and evaluate providing nursing care and hospitalized clients on the intensive care unit of a hospital of the internal department in Hospital Pardubice in the year 2008. The theoretical part is detailing description of liver´s anatomy and fyziology, hepatocirrhosis - etiology, pathogeny, clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment, and complication. In this part is attached chapter of hepatocirrhosis and general advices and description of standard nursing of patients with decompensated hepatocirrhosis on the intensive care unit of a hospital. The researching part analyses the questionnaires refer to the given object which is drew up in graphic sheet and completed with verbal evaluation. In attached enclosure is provided supplemental information, pictorial materials refer to the object.	eng
