Abstract

In the present Europe we can find economical mature countries, that aren't official components of the European Union (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland) although they could be. The article is engaged in one of them - Norway. Norwegians said in referendum twice time "no" to EU (EC respectively) - in 1972 and 199. The contribution try to put down reasons for it's decision and to show why this country stands for the moment outside EU.
