| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je provést analýzu nových pracovních příležitostí na evropských trzích práce, které pro občany ČR nastaly po vstupu do EU. Ukázat a upozornit na překážky a bariéry, které v souvislosti s otevřením či neotevřením nových pracovních trhů vznikly. Práce chce také zjistit zájem českých občanů o práci v zahraničí a ochotu stěhovat se za prací do evropských zemí a v jakých oblastech pracovního práva muselo dojít k implementaci právních předpisů. Na druhé straně chce zjistit uskutečňování a naplňování hlavních cílů politiky zaměstnanosti EU. Posledním cílem je snaha vysvětlit a upozornit na důležitost pracovní a geografické mobility a možnosti, které mobilita pracovníků přináší nejen pro občany ČR. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to proceed an analysis of new employment opportunities at European job markets that have occurred for Czech Republic citizens after joining the EU. The aim is to point out the barriers and handicaps, which arised from newly opened and not yet opened job markets. Another part of this thesis is to demonstrate positive or negative influence of joining the EU at a Czech job market and its new possibilities in the area of labour force. The aim of this thesis is also to find out the interest of Czech citizens in work abroad and the willingness to move into European countries, meanwhile refer to areas of labour law, where implementation of labour law must have been taken. On the other hand, the target of this thesis is to find out the pursuance and completion of main goals politics of EU employment. At last, not least, the target is to explain and draw the attention to importance of labour and geographical mobility and possibility, which worker’s mobility brings not only to Czech Republic citizens. | eng |
