dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stres u všeobecných sester pracujících na chirurgickém oddělení. V teoretické části práce je definovaný stres, jeho rozdělení, příčiny, příznaky, fáze, stresory, a také zvládání stresu. Bakalářská práce se dále zabývá stresory ve zdravotnictví, a jak se jich vyvarovat neboli copingovými metodami. Průzkumná část práce byla zpracovaná kvantitativní metodou, prostřednictvím dotazníkem vlastní tvorby. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že nejčastějším stresorem pro všeobecné sestry je úmrtí pacienta. S pracovním stresem se většina sester vypořádává pomocí pobývání v přítomnosti své rodiny či přátel	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on stress in general nurses working in the surgical department. The theoretical part of the thesis defines stress, its distribution, causes, symptoms, phases, stressors, and also stress management. The bachelor thesis also deals with stressors in health care, and how to avoid them or coping methods. The exploratory part of the work was worked on a quantitative method, through a questionnaire of their own work.
