dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se zevním fixátorem. V teoretické části se práce zabývá anatomií kostí, zlomeninami, jejich diagnostikou, léčbou a komplikacemi. Popisuje zevní fixátor a zevní fixaci zlomenin. Ke konci teorie se práce zabývá předoperační a pooperační péčí o pacienty. V průzkumné části jsou popsány retrospektivní data, které byly získány technikou sběru dat pomocí dokumentace na oddělení. Výsledky jsou zprostředkovány pomocí grafů. V průzkumné části jsou dvě kazuistiky u pacientů se ZF. Výstupem této bakalářské práce je vytvořená mapa ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se zevním fixátorem	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor´s thesis deals specifically with nursing care for patients who are treated with external fixators. In the theoretical part of this work we address bone anatomy, fractures and its´ diagnostics, the treatment and it´s complications. External fixation of fractures and external fixator itself is described and in the end there is a description of pre- and post-operation care for patients. In the research part the retrospective data, that were acquired by the data-collection technique from the patients´ documentation on the chirurgical ward, are described, and the results are presented in the form of graphs. The output of this bachelor´s thesis is two case histories and a newly created map of nursing care for patients with an external fixator.	eng
