dc.description.abstractInternal communications brings together all management functions and its purpose is the efficient use of corporate resources at the manager available. The goal of this paper is to identify tools of internal communications used in organizations in the Czech Republic in 2015. The paper's methodology uses the basis of guided conducted interviews. An overall comparison of the data acquired presents current trends of internal communications. The paper tries to highlight the fact that, in the current knowledge economy, effective internal communication is a key to the successful functioning of the company.eng

Cílem tohoto příspěvku je identifikovat nástroje vnitřní komunikace používané v organizacích v České republice v roce 2015. Metodika práce využívá základ řízených rozhovorů. Celkové srovnání získaných dat představuje současné trendy vnitřní komunikace. Práce se snaží zdůraznit skutečnost, že v současné znalostní ekonomice je efektivní vnitřní komunikace klíčem k úspěšnému fungování společnosti.cze
