dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na morální distres zdravotníků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a průzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování pojmu morální distres, metody zjištění, zdroje, následky a prevenci morálního distresu. V průzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, pro které byl zvolen anonymní dotazník. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda zdravotníci zažívají morální distres ve vybraných situacích a v jaké intenzitě na ně morální distres působil. Bylo zjištěno, že například s předstíranou resuscitací v přítomnosti rodiny a/nebo blízkých osob se setkalo 17 respondentů z 30. Žádný z nich ale nezažil morální distres o 5. nejvyšší intenzitě. Naopak 5. nejvyšší intenzitu označovali respondenti v situacích: neprovedení aktivní identifikace pacienta, podání infuze druhému pacientovi bez výměny infuzních setů, neřešení možných alergií u pacienta, nenahlášení pochybení jako nežádoucí situace, nácvik výkonů na pacientech prováděných studenty, spolupráce s nekompetentními kolegy, narušení intimity pacienta, zahájení kardiopulmonální resuscitace u pacienta s dříve vysloveným přáním neresuscitovat a získání neplatného informovaného souhlasu u pacienta, který následně podstoupil vyšetření/léčbu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on moral distress of health care providers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and exploratory part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the term moral distress, methods of finding, sources, consequences and prevention of moral distress. The research part presents the results of the research for which an anonymous questionnaire was chosen. The aim was to find out whether the health workers are experiencing moral distress in selected situations and the intensity of their moral distress. It has been found that 17 respondents from 30 have encountered, for example, mock resuscitation in the presence of family and / or close persons. None of them experienced moral distress of the 5th highest intensity. On the contrary, respondents reported the fifth highest intensity in situations: non-active patient identification, infusion to another patient without exchange of infusion sets, failure to resolve possible allergies in the patient, failure to report misconduct, student performance exercises, collaboration with incompetent colleagues, intimacy disruption patient, initiating cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a patient with a previously expressed wish not to resuscitate and obtaining invalid informed consent from a patient who subsequently undergoes examination/treatment.	eng
