dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá modelováním bonity obcí pomocí Kohonenových neuronových sítí. V procesu učení neuronové sítě jsou použita data o obcích Pardubického kraje. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti ohodnocování obcí a navržen vstupní vektor parametrů. Dále jsou charakterizovány typy učení v neuronových sítích, Kohonenovy neuronové sítě a Kohonenův učící algoritmus. Další část práce se zabývá předzpracováním vstupních dat a návrhem modelů Kohonenových neuronových sítí vhodných na klasifikaci obcí. Navrhnuté modely jsou verifikovány v prostředí MATLAB.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with modelling of municipal rating by Kohonen‘s neural networks. For the Kohonen‘s neural networks learning are used the data about municipalities in the Pardubice region. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are given opportunities for evaluating of municipalities and an input vector of parameters is design. In the next part learning in neural networks, Kohonen‘s neural networks and Kohonen‘s learning algorithm are defined. The next part deals with pre-processing of input data and a layout of models of Kohonen‘s neural networks for municipalities classification. Suggested models are analysed within the system environment MATLAB.eng
