dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výskytu syndromu vyhoření v profesi sestry pečující o pacienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Práce je tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována dvěma hlavním celkům, jimiž jsou syndrom vyhoření a Alzheimerova choroba. Poslední kapitola pojednává o specificích ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s touto nemocí. Praktická část popisuje metodiku průzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku Maslach Burnout Inventory doplněného o dotazník vlastní tvorby, a prezentuje výsledky získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Hlavním průzkumným cílem této práce bylo zjistit výskyt syndromu vyhoření u sester pečující o pacienty s demencí Alzheimerova typu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the problem of the occurrence of burnout syndrome in the profession of nurses caring for patients with Alzheimer's disease. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part attention is paid to two main wholes which are the burnout syndrome and Alzheimer's disease. The last chapter deal with the specifics of nursing care for a patient with this disease. The practical part describes the methodology of the exploration which was implemented by using a standardized Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire supplemented by a self-created questionnaire and presents the results obtained from the questionnaire survey. The main exploratory aim of this work was to determine the occurrence of burnout syndrome in nurses caring for patients with dementia of the Alzheimer type.	eng
