dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat pěstounskou péčí a motivací pěstounů k převzetí dítěte do péče. V prvních kapitolách se budu věnovat formám pěstounské péče, které existují, rodinám, které mají s pěstounskou péčí zkušenosti a celkovým procesem pěstounské péče. V dalších kapitolách se budu zabývat motivací pěstounů k přijetí dítěte do rodiny, co vedlo pěstouny k rozhodnutí vzít si dítě do pěstounské péče, nebo co ovlivnilo jejich rozhodování a jaké měli předchozí zkušenosti nebo informace o pěstounské péči, jak pěstounská péče ovlivnila vztahy v rodině a samotné životy pěstounů, jakými nepředvídatelnými situacemi si rodina prošla během pěstounské péče a s jakými potížemi se rodina musela vyrovnávat.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The Thesis will focus on the foster care and on the motivation of foster parents to adopt or take in care a child. The first part of the work is dedicated to existing forms of the foster care, especially to experienced families and also the whole process. In the following chapters, the concentration is on the motivation of foster parents to accept a child into their family. Furthermore this section will cover, what has been the motive for the decision to adopt and what all the foster parents had to take into consideration during the decision making process. Moreover, this part will study the previous experiences and to what extent the parents has been informed before the whole process. The paper also emphasise how foster care might influence the relationships within the family and the foster parents themselves. At the last the study will describe if the family had to deal with any unexpected occurrences and what kind of difficulties the family had to overcome.	eng
