Abstract

This article deals about the factors affecting consumers in the provision of mortgage loans in the Czech Republic. There are given the beginnings of mortgage banking in the Czech countries. What are the options for obtaining a mortgage loan today, the applicant obtained the loan and there are proposals for the possible development of mortgage banking in the future.
