dc.description.abstract	Tématem předložené bakalářské práce je neplodnost a asistovaná reprodukce. V teoretické části práce jsou sumarizovány aktuální poznatky týkající se příčin, diagnostiky a léčby ženské i mužské neplodnosti. Dále jsou zde popsány a vysvětleny metody asistované reprodukce a komplikace s ní spojené. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na péči porodní asistentky o ženu léčenou s neplodností. Hlavním cílem průzkumné části práce bylo zjistit, jak jsou ženy informovány o rizikových faktorech, které mohou negativně ovlivnit plodnost a zmapovat aktuální situaci párů při řešení problému s početím.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the submitted bachelor thesis is infertility and assisted reproduction. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the current findings regarding the causes, diagnosis and treatment of female and male infertility. Furthermore, the methods of assisted reproduction and the complications associated with them are described and explained. The last chapter is focused on the midwife's care of a woman being treated for infertility. The main goal of the exploratory part of this thesis is to find out how women are informed about risk factors that can negatively affect fertility and to map the current situation of couples in solving the problem with conception.	eng
