dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji způsobu doručování zásilek za pomoci automatických poštovních terminálů, neboli poštomatů. Práce je rozvržená do čtyř kapitol. První část charakterizuje proces doručování zásilek. Druhá kapitola diplomové práce za pomoci analýzy popisuje současný stav doručování zásilek pomocí InPost poštomatů. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny návrhy, které mají pomoci při propagaci služby a rozšíření obecného podvědomí o možnostech využití samoobslužných terminálů. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na souhrnné a grafické vyhodnocení navržených opatření.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	I analyze in this thesis the way of delivery of the consignment via automatic postal terminals (poštomaty). This work is divided into four chapters. The process of delivery of the consignment is characterized in the first chapter. In the second chapter there is analyzed and described current situation of delivery of the consignment via InPost poštomaty. In the third chapter there are proposals how to improve the advertising of this service and expand the knowledge about the possibilities of this self-service terminals. In the forth part there is the summary and the graphical evaluation of the proposed measures.	eng
