dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá výsledky prvního a kontrolního odběru kultivačního screeningu u pacientů se zavedeným permanentním močovým katétrem. Teoretická část seznamuje s pojmy infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí a infekce močových cest spojená s permanentním močovým katétrem. Výzkumná část se zabývá analýzou, vyhodnocením a interpretací dat ze záznamového archu. Data byla sbírána retrospektivně z uzavřené dokumentace pacienta. Byl prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl pozitivních bakteriurií v prvním a kontrolním odběru kultivačního screeningu. Nejčastějšími izolovanými patogeny byli Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae. V kontrolním odběru kultivační screeningu moči byl potvrzen statisticky významný rozdíl mezi pozitivním nálezem u mužů a žen. Infekce močových cest spojená s permanentním močovým katétrem byla z celkového množství prokázána u 13,5 % pacientů. Evaluační výzkumné šetření prokázalo 100 % neshodu s těmito nařízeními.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the results of the first and control sampling of cultivation screening in patients with an indwelling urinary catheter. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of healthcare-associated infections and urinary tract infections associated with indwelling urinary catheters. The research part deals with analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting data from the record sheet. Data were collected retrospectively from closed patient records. A statistically significant difference in positive bacteriuria was demonstrated in the first and control sampling of the cultivation screening. The most common pathogens isolated were Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. In the urine cultivation screening control collection, a statistically significant difference was confirmed between the positive findings in men and women. Urinary tract infection associated with an indwelling urinary catheter was found in 13,5 % of patients. An evaluation research survey showed 100 % non-compliance with these regulations.	eng
