dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na definici překážek pohybu a jejich fyzickou náročnost zdolávání pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace, se zaměřením na vozíčkáře, při využití pozemních komunikací pro chodce. V práci budou definovány atributy umožňující plánování tras s ohledem na sjízdnost vozíčkářů a jejich fyzickou náročnost. Závěrem práce bude mapový podklad zobrazujícín překážky osob s omezením pohybu v dopravní síti pozemních komunikací a ověření atributů sítě v plánování tras dané oblasti, s využitím GIS.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis project is focused on the definition of barriers to movement and their physical difficulty in fighting, for persons with limited mobility and orientation, focusing on wheelchair users, using pedestrian traffic. At work, the attributes for route planning will be defined with regard to wheelchair mobility and their physical difficulty. In the end, the maps will show the barriers of people with traffic restrictions on the road network and the verification of network attributes in the route planning of the given area, with using GIS.	eng
