Abstrakt
The aim of this work was the investigation of electrochemical properties of new screen-printed sensors (SPE) with chemically deposited boron-doped diamond working electrode (BDDE) modified with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). Using [Ru(NH3)6]2+/3+ and dopamine redox probes, these sensors were tested in comparison with bulk un-modified BDDE in a standard arrangement of three-electrode cell and un-modified SP/BDDE. At the same time, the novel sensors were applied for the determination of dopamine and other substances significant from the point of view of environment and human health.
