dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou popálenin v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Věnuji se především popáleninám vzniklým působením vysoké teploty. V teoretické části shrnuji důležité poznatky o anatomii a fyziologii kůže, společně s patofyziologickými procesy popáleninového úrazu. Navazující část práce je věnována poskytování technické, laické a profesionální přednemocniční neodkladné péče, včetně jejích specifik, pravidel a doporučení. Zvláštní pozornost jsem věnovala intervencím posádek ZZS, tj. zajištění pacienta, hodnocení rozsahu a hloubky postižení, stanovení závažnosti úrazu a správné směřování do místa definitivního ošetření. V části výzkumné se věnuji analýze zdravotnické dokumentace, která byla vytvořena při ošetření pacientů s popáleninovým traumatem. Tuto analýzu provádím na podkladě vytvořeného protokolu v souladu s doporučeným postupem odborné společnosti. Výstupem bakalářské práce je algoritmus ošetření popáleninového traumatu v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Cílem této práce je poukázat na problematiku popálenin a vytvořit algoritmus poskytování péče u takto traumatizovaného pacienta.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis aims at problem of burn injuries in prehospital emergency care. Mostly, I want to concentrate on those kind of burns which were made by very high temperature. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I sum up important pieces of knowledge about an anatomy and a physiology of the skin, together with pathophysiological processes of burn injuries. Next part is devoted to providing technical, lay and professional prehospital care, including its specifics, rules and recommendations. I mainly focused on the intervention of ambulance crews, ie to ensure patient, evaluation of the extent and depth of disability, the severity of injury and finally, the right direction to the place of a final treatment. In the investigative part, I analysed the medical documentation, which was made during the treating these kind of patients. This analysis is done on the basis of the established protocol in accordance with the guidelines recommended by professional societies. The result of this work is burn trauma treatment algorithm in terms of pre-hospital emergency care. The aim of this work is to show the problems of burns and create an algorithm of providing care in case of so handicapped patient.	cze
