dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Zkušenosti pacientů s diabetem mellitem 1. typu s fyzickou aktivitou" se zabývá problematikou hypoglykemií a hyperglykemií u osob s diabetem mellitem 1. typu (dále DM typ 1), kteří se věnují sportovním aktivitám. Teoretická část tvoří oporu části praktické a zabývá se popisem diabetu mellitu typ 1 a jeho komplikací a možné moderní léčbě. V praktické části se za pomoci mnou vytvořeného dotazníku snažím popsat zkušenosti pacientů s diabetem mellitem typ 1 a jejich kolísáním glykemie při sportu. Dále zjišťuji, jestli používání pumpy s hybridní smyčkou souvisí s častější sportovní aktivitou a zda výkyvy glykemie nebo hypoglykemie ovlivňují plánování fyzické aktivity.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis, entitled "The experience of patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus with physical activity", deals with the issue of hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia in people with type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM type 1) who engage in sporting activities. The theoretical part supports the practical part and deals with the description of diabetes mellitus type 1, its complications and possible modern treatment. In the practical part, using a questionnaire developed by me, I try to describe the experience of patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 and their glucose fluctuations during sports. Furthermore, I investigate whether the use of a hybrid loop pump is related to more frequent sports activity and whether glycaemic fluctuations or hypoglycaemia affect physical activity planning.	eng
