dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu těkavých sloučenin ve vybraných vzorcích dřeva. Teoretická část se věnuje stavbě, vlastnostem a chemickému složení dřeva, dále izolaci a analýze těkavých sloučenin, a nakonec metodám použitým při stanovení. V experimentální části byla provedena izolace těkavých látek modřínu a ořešáku pomocí vybraných metod, konkrétně simultánní destilací - extrakcí a mikroextrakcí tuhou fází. Vzorky byly analyzovány pomocí plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní a plamenově ionizační detekcí. Na základě výsledků měření analýz byla provedena identifikace a stanovení relativního zastoupení jednotlivých látek v extraktech.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of volatile compounds in wood species. The theoretical part is devoted to the structure, properties and chemical composition of wood, as well as the isolation and analysis of volatile compounds, and finally the methods used in the determination. In the experimental part, larch and walnut volatiles were isolated using selected methods, namely simultaneous distillation-extraction and solid phase microextraction. Samples were analyzed by gas chromatography with mass and flame ionization detection. Based on the results of the analysis measurements, the identification and determination of the relative representation of individual substances in the extracts was carried out.	eng
