dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá manažerskou komunikací a jejím významem pro výkon profese sestry. Teoretická část je úvodem do části výzkumné. Kromě manažerské komunikace a nástrojů pro měření manažerské komunikace se dotýká témat jako je management v ošetřovatelství, rozdíly mezi managementem a leadershipem a styly vedení. Cílem výzkumné části je potvrdit význam manažerské komunikace a validizovat nástroj pro měření manažerské komunikace pomocí D´Aprix schéma.	cze
