dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá problematikou přístupu žen ke vzdělání a jejich postavení ve společnosti v historii, zvláště v západní společnosti s důrazem na české země. Shrnuje vývoj vzdělání žen a jejich postavení ve společnosti od středověku až do dvacátého století. Sleduje vývoj vzdělání žen od převážně klášterního vzdělání ve středověku až po získání možnosti univerzitního vzdělání na počátku dvacátého století. Představí některé ženy, které se významně podílely na prosazení přístupu žen ke vzdělání a také některé ženy, které získaly díky svému vzdělání významnou roli ve společnosti. Dále se zabývá postavením ženy a muže ve společnosti z hlediska gender a genderovými stereotypy, např. stereotyp ženy-matky, stereotypy na pracovním trhu nebo stereotyp agresivního jednání. Nakonec stručně představí feministické hnutí a shrne pozici ženy v současné společnosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the problem of access of women to education and their position in the society in history, especially in the western world, with an emphasis on Bohemian countries. It summarizes the development of the educaton of women and their position in the society from the Middle Ages up untill the twentieth century. It observes the development of the education of women from mostly monasterial education in the Middle Ages up to acquirement of the possibility of university education in the beginning of the twentieth century. It introduces some of the women, who significantly participated in the assertion of access of women to education and also some of the women, who thanks to the their education gained signifiant position in the society. Furthermore, it deals with the position of men and women in the society in the light of gender and gender stereotypes, for example mother stereotype, work stereotypes or the stereotype of aggresive behaviour. In the end the work briefly introduces the feministic movement and summarizes the position of women in the present-day society.	eng
