dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice celkového stavu pacientů po bariatrické operaci. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký dopad měla bariatrická operace na celkový stav pacientů, zhodnotit jaká je informovanost o dietě po provedeném výkonu a zhodnotit, zda došlo ke zmírnění obezity. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část bakalářská práce je věnována společenskému prohledu na obezitu a popisu problematiky bariatrické operace. Druhá část práce obsahuje průzkumnou část zpracovanou metodou kvantitativního výzkumu. Jsou zde prezentovány výsledky, které byly uskutečněny pomocí dotazníku. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu ukázaly, že bariatrická operace měla u respondentů pozitivní dopad na většinu sledovaných oblastí, zejména na zdravotní stav, psychické zdraví, sebehodnocení, sociální uplatnění i celkovou kvalitu života.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the overall condition of patients after bariatric surgery. The aim of this work is to find out what impact bariatric surgery had on the overall condition of the patients and to evaluate whether there was a reduction in obesity. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to a social overview of obesity and to describe the issue of bariatric surgery. The second part of the work contains an exploratory part processed using the quantitative research method. Here are presented the results that were carried out using the questionnaire. The results of the research showed that bariatric surgery had a positive impact on most of the areas monitored by the respondents, especially on health status, mental health, self-esteem, social functioning and overall quality of life.	eng
