dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se zevní fixací. V teoretické části je shrnuta anatomie kosti, problematika zlomenin a jejich léčení. Popisuje zevní fixaci, její druhy indikaci, výhody i nevýhody a komplikace při naložení léčby zevním fixatérem. Ve specifikách ošetřovatelské péče se zaměřuje na povinnosti sestry ve všech fázích léčby o pacienta se zevní fixací, tedy v předoperační, pooperační péči a rehabilitaci pacienta se zevní fixací. Popisuje hodnotící nástroje, které jsou pak následně aplikovány ve vypracovaných kazuistikách. V průzkumné části je uvedena analýza dat získaných z retrospektivního šetření a interpretace výsledků. Z nich byli vybráni respondenti k podrobnějšímu rozboru vypracování v kazuistikách. A následnému vypracování mapy péče v prvních pooperačních dnech.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care for patients with external fixation. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomy of the bone, the issue of fractures and their treatment. It describes external fixation, its types of indication, advantages and disadvantages, and complications when applying treatment with an external fixator. In the specifics of nursing care, she focuses on the nurse's duties in all phases of treatment for a patient with external fixation, in pre-operative, post -operative care and rehabilitation of a patient with external fixation. It describes the evaluation tools, which are subsequently applied in the developed case studies. The exploratory part presents the analysis of the data obtained from the retrospective survey and the interpretation of the results. Respondents were selected from them for a more detailed analysis of the elaboration in the case studies. And the subsequent development of a care map in the first postoperative days.	eng
