dc.description.abstractCílem článku je přiblížit změny, k nimž došlo v životní úrovni v krajích České republiky ustanovených v roce 2000, během jejich dvacetiletého fungování. Prostředkem pro tuto komparační evaluaci je model ve formátu 3*4, tj. čtyři relevantní ukazatele ve třech hlavních oblastech. Výsledkem zkoumání je zachycení změn v postavení jednotlivých krajů v každém ze zvolených ukazatelů, v každé oblasti hodnocení i v souhrnném hodnocení dosahované životní úrovně. Ukazuje se, že variabilita v dosahovaných souhrnných výsledcích sice klesá, ale v jednotlivých hodnocených ukazatelích tomu tak vždy není. Prezentovaná zjištění mohou být impulsem pro řízení silných a slabých stránek působících na životní úroveň jak na krajské, tak na celostátní úrovni.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the article is to present the changes that have occurred in the standard of living in the regions of the Czech Republic established in 2000, during their twenty years of functioning. The means for this comparative evaluation is a model in the 3*4 format, i.e. four relevant indicators in three main areas. The result of the analysis is to capture changes in the position of individual regions in each of the selected indicators, in each area of evaluation and in the overall assessment of the achieved standard of living. It shows that while the variability taken together is decreasing, this is not always the case in the individual indicators assessed. The findings presented can provide an impulse for managing the strengths and weaknesses affecting the standard of living at both the regional and national levels.eng
