dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku mezilidských vztahů s důrazem na interakci studentů programu Zdravotnické záchranářství a nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v rámci praktické výuky uskutečňované ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Důraz je kladen zejména na mentorované praxe a jejich specifika. Značná část práce se věnuje komunikaci ať již verbální či neverbální, s čímž úzce souvisí i problematika konfliktu, které je v této práci také věnovaný prostor.	cze
