dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice polykacích potíží u pacientů s onemocněním polykacích cest, konkrétně u pacientů s nádorem hltanu a Zenkerovým divertiklem. Zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelskou péči, zejména na výživu. V teoretické části je stručně charakterizována anatomie a fyziologie polykacích cest a poruchy polykání. Praktická část je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the problem of swallowing disorders in patients with swallowing tract disease, specifically in patients with pharynx cancer and Zenker´s diverticulum. It focuses on nursing care, in particular nutrition. In the theoretical part there is a feature of the anatomy and physiology swallowing tract and swallowing disorders.
