dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o systémových onemocněních, které mají významný vliv na zrakové funkce. Kapitoly jsou rozděleny dle orgánových soustav a zaměřují se na oční projevy. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat problematiku interních a oftalmologických onemocnění a zjistit vzájemný vztah mezi nimi. Zmapovat znalosti pacientů v souvislosti očních a interních onemocnění a jejich prevenci. Důvodem popsání těchto chorob je zvyšující se výskyt onemocnění v populaci nejen mezi staršími lidmi, ale i u mladých osob. Diabetes mellitus je jedna z hlavních příčin oslepnutí obyvatelstva.	cze
