dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 2 části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku integrace mentálně retardovaných jedinců do společnosti. Formuluje hlavní příčiny problematiky mentálně postižených, jejich integrace do společnosti a uvádí právní podporu, která jim je v České republice poskytována. Také zmiňuje možnosti integrace do škol a do zaměstnání. Přínos praktické části této práce spočívá ve zmapování postojů studentů Univerzity Pardubice k integraci mentálně postižených lidí do společnosti. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part focuses on the problems of integration of persons with a mental impairment into society. It formulates the main causes of problems of mental impairment, their integration into society and it presents law support, which is provided to mental impaired persons in Czech Republic. It also mentions the possibilities of integration to education facilities and labour market. The contribution of the practical part of this thesis consists in maping of student´s attitudes to integration of person with a mental impairment into sociaty. of University Pardubice. The quantitative research was carried out by means of a questionnaire method.	eng
