Social policy is part of economic policy among its key elements include: social support, social assistance, employment, housing and others. The public sector plays an important role in achieving social policy objectives. Není pochyb, že globalizace má i tuto dimenzi, a že průkopníkem globalizace byly Spojené státy americké, kde místní společnosti expandovaly v 60. letech na evropské trhy, ale celý problém je mnohem složitější. Globalizace není jen ekonomickým fenoménem, nýbrž i fenoménem politickým a kulturním, týká se tak odlišných sfér, jako jsou migrace a imigrace, vojenství, životní prostředí a šíření nemocí. Umožnily ji teprve komunikační sítě propojující kontinenty, sítě, které začaly vznikat již ve druhé polovině 19. století. This model is based on reduced Black-Scholes partial differential equation, discretized employing the finite difference method. The principle of genetic programming is used for the establishing of the analytical function for the calculation of the share each individual municipality has in the national shared taxes revenues in the Czech Republic. NGOs are becoming an important element of the system of institutions performing public tasks, particularly in the area of social services. The dynamic expansion of NGOs correlates with an increasing role of social activity in the local development. The flow of information between local authorities and the representatives of the third sector creates a good climate which helps to expand the areas of cooperation.
