Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem koncepce provedení třecí kotoučové brzdy pro osobní automobil. V teoretické části je pojednáno o požadavcích na brzdové systémy z hlediska legislativy a je zde provedena podrobná rešerše provedení brzdových soustav u osobních vozidel. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh přední kotoučové brzdy. Výpočtová část je omezena na kontrolu pevnosti, únavy a tepelného namáháni brzdového kotouče. Součástí diplomové práce je výkresová dokumentace navržených dílů kotoučové brzdy. |

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the friction disc brake modification concept for a passenger car. The requirements for brake systems regarding legislation are discussed, also detailed research of the design of brake systems in passenger vehicles is made. The practical part is focused on the design of the friction disc brake on front axle. The calculation part is limited to checking the strength, fatigue, and thermal stress of the brake disc. Part of the thesis is the drawing documentation of the designed disc brake parts. |
